This policy explains how Skyward Droneports (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit commandpods.com or send us an inquiry.
Information you give us
When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, delivery state, purchase timeline, funding status, intended use (if you add it), your price acknowledgement, and whether you agreed to be contacted. We use this to reply to your inquiry, qualify and prioritize requests, and discuss a possible purchase, delivery and setup.
Information collected automatically
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you view, the ad you clicked, when you submit an inquiry, your IP address and browser details. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you, under Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Ad and campaign details. If you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, we store the campaign details from the link (for example the ad source and campaign name) with your inquiry so we know which ads work.
Hosting logs. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Google, which stores inquiries in Google Sheets and delivers our email;
- Meta, for ad measurement and advertising as described above;
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website;
- anyone we are required to share it with by law, or as part of a sale of the business.
Using the Meta Pixel may count as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out as described below.
Your choices
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we tell Meta to limit how it uses data from this site.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Ads: you can change how Meta uses your information for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
- Your information: email us to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, or to opt out of sharing. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information while we are in contact with you and for as long as needed for our business records, then delete it.
Security
We use reputable service providers and limit access to inquiry information, but no system is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
